Meet Our Team

IMG_2398.jpg Tammie Masiello, Practice Manger/RVT

Originally from Oxford, MA, Tammie met Dr. Q in 1999 while doing an externship at the hospital she was currently working at. She graduated with her RVT degree from Becker College in 2001. Shortly after graduation, she was at Dr. Q's side when she opened the Animal Hospital of Webster and has been at her side ever since. Tammie generally splits her time between surgery and out back assisting the doctors where needed. She also handles most of the admin work to keep the practice running smoothly.

She shares her home with her husband, Paul, and two awesome daughters, Tori and Payton. To complete her family are her eight dogs and four cats.

Lisa Jewell, RVT

Lisa began working at the Animal Hospital of Webster in the summer of 2002. Originally from Worcester, MA she graduated from Becker College, also in 2002, with her Associates degree as a vet tech. Lisa can often be seen alongside the vets during surgery, watching over the animals and keeping them safe during operations. She is also a frequent face at the reception desk and in appointments assisting the doctors where needed.

She currently shares her home with her fantastic daughter, Riley, who's been known to make appearances at practice from time to time greeting everyone with her smile.  Their two dogs, Astra and Maverick, and their brand-new kitten, Harley, keep them on their toes.

Jeremy Mossa, RVT

Jeremy began working at the Animal Hospital of Webster in 2018 while he was still attending Becker College and quickly became an integral member of our team. He graduated from Becker in 2019 with a BS in Animal Science and an associate degree in Pre-Vet Studies.  He is a favorite among patients and clients alike and is often seen in appointments and working out back.  Beagles, chihuahuas and Spider-Man have special places in his heart as anyone can see from his many fun scrub tops.

He currently lives with his girlfriend, Angela, and their 3 spunky cats: FrostPunk, Everest and George Michael and their newly adopted and very adorable beagle, Herbert.

Allyson Tidemann, Tech

Allyson is one of the newer faces of our team, starting with us in October 2020.  Before coming to us she graduated from Westfield State University with a BS in Criminal Justice and focus on Criminal Profiling.  During that time, she worked at a doggy day camp and PetSmart for over 8yrs and has been a dog walker/pet sitter for 16yrs.  Ultimately her love for animals won her over and she decided to come work with us as she pursues her vet tech degree.  And we couldn't be happier as she's taken to veterinary life like a whale to water.  You'll see her mainly in appointments, especially when a corgi is involved as she is (self-proclaimed) corgi obsessed!

She currently lives with her family and her 3 loves: her corgi, Butters, and her two guinea pigs, Vincenzo and Puff the Magic Guinea.

Renee Carlson, Reception

Renee is another newer face to the team.  She started here in October of 2020 as well and has quickly become one of the most recognizable faces here.  Renee came to us after leaving Westside Animal Hospital in Worcester where she worked as receptionist and practice manager for over 18yrs.  And she has become a great addition to our team.  In her spare time, she loves cooking and is the author of the 'Frosty Paws' recipe you can find waiting for you at reception after your appointments.  The dogs LOVE them!

She currently lives in Woodstock with her family with her very cute, adopted geriatric Chihuahua, Reba.

Renee recently started her own pet sitting service in her home, offering cage free pet sitting and a great alternative to traditional boarding facilities.

Kindee Seale, Kennel/Reception

Kindee joined our team in March of 2022, but she's been in the veterinary field since 2007.  Like Renee, she worked for Westside Animal Hospital for a number of years as their kennel manager.  Since starting with us she's become a true jack of all trades, helping mainly out front on reception and keeping the kennels looking good but she can also be seen in the exam rooms helping the doctors from time to time.  No matter where she's working, she always has a smile on her face because, as she puts it, if she can make you smile, her day has meaning.

She currently shares her home with her partner and son.  They've had a menagerie of animals through the years from cats, dogs and birds to axolotls, fish and multiple small furries.

Tori Masiello, Kennel/Tech in training

Tori started working with us last year, but she's been a part of the AHOW family forever.  Though she's mainly out back working with the kennels, she has actively been learning aspects of reception and tech work and hopes to pursue an education in veterinary medicine and you can see her regularly up front on reception and occasionally in the rooms assisting the techs and doctors.  She graduated this year from Oxford High and plan to start at Worcester State in the fall where she plans to study Biology on her path to veterinary medicine.

She currently lives at home with her mom, Tammie, the rest of her family and a menagerie of cats and dogs who always keeps life interesting.  In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, photography, going to the gym and working with animals.

Jordan Emond, Kennel/Tech in training

Jordan started working with us when she was still a Junior in high school and since graduating from BayPath last year, she's joined our team full time.  Generally, she can be found working in our kennels, but she has recently started to branch out in other aspects of veterinary life and can now be seen routinely in exam rooms helping doctors and learning the tech ropes.

Jordan lives at home with her family, her sweet lab Luna, feisty huskie puppy Titan and her two cats, Eddie and Harley.  She actually met Eddie here as he used to be one of our house cats but after he quickly fell in love with her, she couldn't not bring him home.  He's been the happiest cat ever since.
